Jai Reddy
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jai co-founded the LifeLab Kids Foundation in Ferndale, Michigan, and is also CEO of JRD Systems. He brings about two decades of experience in technology and organizational leadership to LifeLab Kids.
Juthica Reddy
Founder & Billing and Payments Director
Juthica co-founded LifeLab Kids, inspired by her own journey as the parent of a child with autism. She helped shape a model where therapists plan together around each child.
Sarah LaFriniere
Chief Administrative Officer
As Chief Administrative Officer, Sarah oversees the day-to-day running of LifeLab Kids and supports our families, therapists and community partners.
Rubina Sama
Clinical Director of OT
Rubina leads our occupational therapy team, guiding therapists and families so every child's plan helps them build the skills they need for daily life.
Katelyn Petersen
Head of Operations
Katelyn leads human resources at LifeLab Kids, helping us find, welcome and support the caring people who make up our team.

Erin is a homeschooling mom from Royal Oak with a background in business economics, including time at the Federal Reserve Board. Her children have taken part in LifeLab therapies since 2018.

Joe is President of Automotive Insights at S&P Global and also serves on the board of GreenPath Financial Wellness.
Patty Alba
Accounting & financial management
Patty has over 20 years of experience in accounting, administration and financial management, including senior roles at The Michigan School of Gardening, Managing Thought and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Scott Wright
Builder, developer & Realtor
Scott is a licensed builder, developer and general contractor with over 25 years of experience, and now works full-time as a Realtor.
Sara Gold
Strategic Partnerships Officer, Oakland County
Sara is Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives Officer for Oakland County, with nonprofit and government experience including Deloitte's Monitor Institute, the USDA and United Way.
